Common questions
Do employees need an app to follow the shuttle?
No. The link you share opens in the phone's browser and shows the shuttle on a map. It closes when the time you chose (1–24 hours) runs out.
How do I see when the shuttle reached the plant?
Draw the plant as a zone on the map. The zone-visit report shows each shuttle's entry and exit times and how long it stayed.
Can I also track a contractor's shuttles?
If the vehicles have a compatible tracking device (CAREU or Teltonika), or one is installed, they are added to your dashboard and tracked like your own vehicles.
