Do I need to install an app on the technician's phone?
No. Tracking is done by the device in the vehicle; the technician's phone is not used and their personal location is not tracked.
How do I measure how long customer visits take?
Draw the customer's address as a zone on the map. The zone-visit report shows when the vehicle arrived on each visit and how long it stayed.
Can team leaders keep an eye on things while in the field?
Yes. The dashboard works on phones too; added to the home screen, alerts arrive as notifications. With manager, operations and viewer roles, everyone sees only what they are allowed to.
