The passenger gets a link
Tap the vehicle and choose Share. The meeting point is the airport; the passenger sees how far away the vehicle is.
Entering the airport zone
A zone alert fires. If your agency partner is integrated, the location and trip status reach them automatically.
Passenger on board
The link closes itself when it expires; the vehicle's location doesn't stay open on the passenger's phone.
Waiting time on record
The zone visit report shows how many minutes the vehicle waited at the airport.

Common questions
Does the passenger need an app to open the link?
No. The link opens in the phone's browser; the passenger sees the vehicle on a map and the time remaining to the meeting point.
How long does the link stay open?
When creating the link you choose between 1 and 24 hours. When it expires the link closes and the passenger can no longer see the vehicle.
Can we send locations to the agency we work with?
We are integrated with several international transfer agencies. Tell us your agency's name and we will check. For other systems there is also an API and webhook.
